Methodology
Our Leadership for Women Program is offered using three unique methods of implementation. Although the proven process and curriculum remain consistent, we utilize various facilitation models based upon the size and needs of your organization.
Universal Facilitation Model- The Universal program is geared towards business owners, entrepreneurs, senior executives and individuals looking to get to the next level in terms of personal development. The facilition cycle is offered on an ongoing basis at various times and in several pysical locations as well as online. This format provides a highly flexible opportunity to experience Leadership for Women with a forum of like-minded individuals committed to personal and professional development.
In-House - Leadership for Women is also offered on an in-house basis. Our eleven week program will be facilitated exclusively for your people and according to your scheduling needs. Our in-house programs help to make the concepts and skills learned in the Leadership for Women program cultural and creates tremendous synergy within the organization.
Train the Trainer - We offer a Leadership for Women program in which in-house trainers can become certified in the facilitation of the program. After this initial eleven week facilitation, your organization then has the capacity to implement Leadership for Women on an in-house basis. We become a training partner with the organization providing the curriculum and tools needed to implement the program.
